These Terms of Service describe the general terms for using the Brinvora Peak website and requesting remote business process automation and AI-assisted workflow setup services. By using the website or accepting a written project scope, you agree to the terms that apply to that interaction.

2. Services

Brinvora Peak provides online consultation, simple workflow automation, email and task automation, data entry and spreadsheet automation, basic FAQ chatbot setup, and automation maintenance and support. The exact deliverables, tools, access, timing, price, revisions, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in the applicable written scope.

3. Pricing and scope

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final price may depend on quantity, complexity, timing, formats, number of tools, access requirements, workflow branches, and revisions. A request or consultation does not create an obligation to begin a project. Work begins only after the applicable scope and commercial terms are accepted.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely decisions, and lawful access to the tools needed for the agreed work.
• Maintain subscriptions, licenses, account ownership, permissions, and third-party platform relationships.
• Review outputs and identify corrections within the agreed review window.
• Keep private credentials and sensitive information out of ordinary website messages.
• Use any configured workflow and chatbot content in accordance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

5. Third-party tools and AI-assisted work

Automations may connect common business applications selected for the project. Third-party services can change their interfaces, limits, prices, availability, or terms. AI-assisted steps are limited to the agreed workflow and remain subject to human review. Brinvora Peak does not provide financial services, investment advice, or automated credit and employment decision-making.

6. Ownership and permission

Each party keeps rights to materials it owned before a project. Subject to payment of agreed fees, the client may use the project-specific configuration, documentation, and copy delivered for the client’s business, unless the written scope states a different arrangement. Brinvora Peak may use general methods, know-how, and reusable non-confidential techniques developed while performing services.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Services are intended to organize and automate defined digital tasks. Brinvora Peak does not guarantee revenue, savings, rankings, uninterrupted third-party operation, a specific business result, or error-free output in every situation. The client remains responsible for reviewing important information and decisions.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may request a pause or end an active project under the cancellation terms or written scope. Brinvora Peak may pause work when access, information, payment, safety, or lawful-use concerns prevent responsible delivery.

9. Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. Neither party should rely on this website as legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or investment advice. Any dispute should first be raised in writing so the parties can identify the relevant scope and attempt a practical resolution.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated when the services or website change. The current update date appears above. A written project scope may add specific terms for that project.
